I unfortunately can't recommend this MNS location, as the management is very Rude and will probably disrespect you and/or your family; if it's not for their own financial gains. Expect a rate increase around 6 months, ours was a $50 increase (up 35%) even though they are running a 3 mo. move in special for "new customers" for that same sized unit at $75.71. & Make sure to give them 5 days.. Before the 1st notice for move out or they will not credit you anything. Manager John, happly kept our full 189. PMT for the 6 days we had the unit at the Oakridge location. I advise that you avoid this location. Happy Moving! : ) ... Read more

I’ve rented a 10x10 climate control unit with a 33% monthly special for 3 months and I was happy with the service received by the rep. John. Then on the fourth month they raised it up by $70.00. which left me no choice but to moved out. That was so sad since I’ve been renting from this company for a very longtime at the other location situated at John Young and millenia before they sold it. But thankfully i’ve found something a lot cheaper elsewhere. Bottom line is, if you are someone who’s looking for something long term like I was and doesn’t want to pay outrages increases, I wouldn’t recommend it. I will never return nor recommend friends and family. Response: I was a customer with Unit # 0261 10x10 climate control. Move in date June 17, 2022 lease # 6250 rep John Robles. The rent special was 33% off first 3 months I paid $103.69 since I had my own insurance. Then, on October 1st I’ve paid $154.76 regular storage fees. That very same day I received an email about an increase for November by more than $70.00 then I moved out October 31st due to the increased. I have no reason to lie. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
