Fair pricing, easy access, friendly staff, when it snows they plow to clear the snow. Their units don't seem to have the mildew problems the previous storage facility we used. We have not had any of our belongings ruined by water snow or mildew like we did at the previous facility. ... Read more

These people are absolute scum. If you want to trust your belongings to a couple of lazy people who are nearly impossible to get a hold of on a busy schedule, who will sell your stuff as soon as they notice that you're cleaning out your storage and can't get any more out of you in the long term, store your stuff here. These people are right up there with slumlords. I wouldn't trust them to take care of my dead skunk. Go to the guys on 53rd street, community storage, u-stor, Mudd Self Storage, literally any of them will give you better treatment.
