Awesome customer care. The manager Danielle went above and beyond for me. She stayed 30 minutes after her shift to give me a little bit of an idea of how big the unit would be and gave me a lock because they were out of the one I could afford. She's a blessing. Would highly recommend 10/10 ... Read more

This location is terrible. I lost my unit and some very memorable stuff because of you guys. You made it extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. My first unit was broken into and all my stuff torn apart. Of course no camera’s ( with all the money they make, you should have them always functioning) obviously things happen. To not have them is terrible. Never again and I will make sure people I know, won’t use y'all either. Have a great one I hope you guys can get it together. You can tell some of you employees do not like their job. ... Read more

Management on site is great and the buildings are fine. My problem is with the company on a corporate level. When I signed I was supposed to have my unit for $27 a month. Within the past few months they've raised it three times now and I pay $40, yet online it's still showing the price as being $23 a month for the same size unit (That's the 'in store' price too, not even a sale price, which is $17) Seems like corporate wants to screw over their existing customers, and using 'market conditions' as an excuse. If that was the issue maybe don't continue to advertise them at less than half that price! ... Read more

The local management is great. They are always friendly and helpful. The corporate level is a much different story. I have 2 different units and they raised the price on both after 3 months. When trying to call in, they just give you the runaround and tell you to go to the office and have them change it. Well, local managers are not able to change prices. Be prepared to have your price jacked up after 3 months if you are going to use this company. Update: Several weeks ago, I arrived to find that one of my units and the units of 4 others had been broken in to. The locks were all still in place, someone simply grabbed the handle and pulled the door open. When I asked corporate about camera footage to help catch the thieves, I was told “We don’t have cameras over there because it’s too expensive “. Am I the only one that thinks they need to consider a name change? SecurCare doesn’t seem very accurate. Another Update: Unit was broken into yet again. I understand that at this point, it is my fault for not moving out. However, things have been so busy, I just haven’t had the time. I have been told that a regional manager will be calling me, but I don’t have a lot of faith that anything will be done. And another: Regional manager never called me back and when I arrived this morning the unit was broken into again. Renting a truck and moving out asap ... Read more

This place is just turning to trash! Have called them addressing broken gates not being repaired! This cheap place took iron gates and attached them to wood posts. People are prying the gates off the posts and entering the storage areas. Read latest reviews from other customers and how their units were broken into! Wonder why??? Management on location has changed and stated there is no one above him to call to complain. New onsite manager is a joke. But previous manager gave me her higher ups name and number. After trying to call him several times ( and him not answering and his voicemail is full) ...I gave up. This place is not secure, and they won't do a thing to repair the torn down gates. One whole gate section is broken off where a vehicle could drive in. Current manager said it was due to not being able to get supplies to repair the broken gates, blaming covid. Yet I reminded him that Lowes and Menards are open and have materials readily available for repairs! Do not use this place! We will be moving our items out very soon. I attached photos of the many broken gate areas. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
