Joshua gets 5 ??!! Called in to ask some questions about renting a unit and had the pleasure to speak with Joshua. That man is amazing, super helpful, amazingly patient, very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, respectful and understanding all while being professional. One of the best interactions I've ever had with an employee! Answered all my questions no regardless of how silly. Really disappointed in the behavior of this place. They increased the rent twice on us this year alone. I asked why and they say increased security and expenses . This place doesn’t have security or even a locked gate for people to check in at. The only reason it’s secure is because it’s at the end of street in quiet area so at least it has that going for them. There definitely hasn’t been anything changing here for these so called expenses . They didn’t even notice someone staying there overnight . ... Read more

I’ve never had an issue with this place originally, started with a 10’ X 30’ unit and I think it was about 170$ at that time( 11-25-2020 roughly) and it was 24 hour access. Recently got an indoor unit and rates recently went up, and they require a license and insurance now.. I think it was like 10$, but I pay 90$ Now for like I think it’s a 5’ X 10’ and it’s apparently climate controlled, which I think I’d notice more in winter but ya don’t.., but it’s not 24 hour access and that is super inconvenient for me and my work schedule and time.. but they were super nice until they got rid of the office staff, which never had an issue with, always fixed issues, great people. Recently going on over a year a door has been broken, leaving access which should be secured by key code, open to anybody who feels like walking in. Every time I need to access my unit... I need to call and talk to them and tell them I am using the broken door that has not been fixed, going through a fire door(emergency door that says alarm will sound) that doesn’t activate an alarm to just access my unit. Also, there is no climate control. The temperature outside is the same inside. They do not listen when you make comments about issues or maintenance. I can’t even login online to make a payment because of some issue , I tried putting in my email and password and it doesn’t come up. I go to sign up with the same email says there’s an account already existing but there’s no option to fix it. This place is the biggest joke and I would not recommend it to anybody, steer far away . Plus I have walked in and smelt horrid scents of cat piss. They can go and put a lock on the unit if it hasn’t been paid, but they will not repair or maintain the facility after numerous comments or complaints. Don’t bother there’s a nicer place up the road.
