Amy, the property manager, went above and beyond in terms of keeping me informed about my rental. I reserved a 10x20 in early November, for use starting Dec. 1. The policy, however, is that a reservation doesn't guarantee a space, if someone else comes in waving a check. Amy called me regularly to let me know how many 10x20s were left, so that if necessary, I could move up my starting date. Beyond that, she was friendly, funny and helpful when I came in to begin the rental. I see that multiple other customers have mentioned her by name in their reviews. I hope someone is noticing at headquarters ... She's a major asset. ... Read more

I rented storage unit 1156 which is a 10×10 upstairs inside storage room over the phone and the representative told me there was an elevator I can use to get my things upstairs. After loading all my things on the Uhaul driving to the storage unit loading some of my things on the elevator which supposed to hold up to 4500lbs. The elevator wouldn't move the door kept opening back up on the 1st floor. I took some things off to see if that was the problem elevator still didn't go to the second floor. I went to the office it was closed. Due to me not being able to access my storage unit at 8pm in 23 degree weather. I had to find an empty storage unit to put my belongings it was cold and getting late so me, my kids and my brother found 1101 was empty which is an 10×15 the young lady explained to me. I put my belongings in there because I didnt know what else to do. The next day I went to the unit a young lady approached me about the unit i told her ill be to the office to explain why im in that unit. I explained to her the elevator didn't work she then proceed to tell me something the elevator dont work depending on the weather. I asked her why would you guys rent a unit that a paying customer might not be able to access inconveniencing our life. She had a very condescending attitude and told me I had to pay the difference of 62.00 on top of the 136.00 I paid on the 9th of January i asked for some type of accommodation due to the negligence of there compsny and she said no they dont do that. I would like some type of accommodation due to my inconvenience of being in the cold for and hour loading unloading my things because they elevator didn't work which is the only way I could of access my unit. Im currently still in unit 1101 my experience with istorgae is horrible and an 20 dollar discount a month would make it right. ... Read more

This is by far THE WORST STORAGE UNIT I’ve ever been with. I say this because they’re LYING to their customers saying that they have cameras when they DONT HAVE 1 CAMERA THERE. I found this information out when my detective went there to investigate MY STORAGE BEING BROKEN INTO. I honestly feel like it was an INSIDE JOB because 27 units were broken into including mines. They called me saying that my storage got broken into and that the GATE WAS OPEN FOR 4 days due to a bad storm. I NEVER received a call ahead stating this information. Had they called me and informed me that the gate was broken I would’ve got extra protection for my storage. They also told me that I had 6 days to pay my storage before the lien was added and sure enough they add that lien before my 6 days was up. I wouldn’t recommend this storage unit AT ALL. You’re better off storing your storage at a family member’s house. DONT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE. I REPEAT DONT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!! ... Read more
