Absolutely awful experience. I called and gave them my credit card to hold an RV spot for us and he ensured me it would be held. We drove all the way to Springfield for our spot. We showed up the day before our check in and the office was closed (although Google hours say open, door says by appointment only) So I call. The gentleman who runs the place answers and informs me that he gave our spot away and chose not to charge our card the day I gave it to him. Now we have no idea what to do, no where to store our RV (we’re are meant to be home tomorrow night) Absolute worse customer experience I’ve ever had, ever. I would never recommend this place, and cannot believe we were done so dirty. ... Read more

Extremely well kept, very secure storage facility, with RV parking along with covered RV parking. We had our 5th wheel stored there for approximately 2 years and never had a problem or any issues. Cooper is a very honest young man and will treat you right. By far the best storage facility in the area and easy access to highway 160. ... Read more

We've rented a storage space here for several years. The facility is well lit and has security gates for entry. The owners have been a pleasure to deal with. I don't know much about the bicycle side of things, but it seems like an awesome place to store your bike and then hop on the trail for a ride. ... Read more
