Top notice (all digital) service. And the facilities are so clean! Go Store It would get 5 stars from me if they kept consistent pricing throughout the year. As your customer, I'm more apt to sign a long term contract if it also guarantees a price lock. Thanks for listening! ... Read more

It seems to be a brand new facility which is nice but there's no parking and accessibility is pretty bad. It's also incredibly hot inside the building. It's supposed to be climate controlled but often it's just as hot inside as outside. It's often times so hot inside that it makes you sweat but that didn't stop them from raising my rent ... dont be fooled by the too good to be true prices, its not a matter of "if," they WILL raise rent after 3 months. for me they raised it by almost 70 percent at this point. however i put up with it because i didn't want to move my stuff. after a few more months they raised the rent AGAIN by another $50. So now I am paying SIGNIFICANTLY more than double what i started in around 7 months. and to top it off they will not send you an email if they are planning to increase your rent an outrageous amount either. All they do to let you know is supposedly send you a postcard sized peice of mail in hopes you dont see it and dont notice they raised your rent yet again. Do not waste your time or money here ... First time renting a space. Not super difficult to do online reserve and check in. Seems secure as long as people don't try to hold the doors open and require sign in every time they go in and out. Not sure I got enough space yet as I still have to get more stuff there over the next few weeks. May have to get another unit to fit everything. Wish someone had been present in the office from the company so I could give them their locks, get to know their name and have a couple questions answered. Not the first time I found the office sign to say open but the door locked and no one inside. Would have liked it better if they had told me online that the card I used to reserve the space was signed up for auto pay. I need to change it as I'm waiting for my other card to arrive for the correct account or allow me to set up echecks. ... Read more

It was so easy to rent the store room online. I was able to sign online and had everything emailed to me code and all. It took me all of 5 minutes to move some stuff into the room. This was the most pleasant experience renting space I have ever had. ... Read more

I'm a new customer and GoStore it was very convenient and very convenient! The check-in and lease experience was one of easiest I've had with a storage company. It was all done remotely, including opening up the unit for me to check it prior to entering into a lease. Plus - spoiler alert guys - the BEST part is that I am literally paying 70% LESS than what Public Storage was charging me 1.5 miles away for the same indoor, climate controlled space (exactly same dimensions). Highly recommend! ... Read more

We have been renting two storage units in Pensacola, Florida and have had nothing but problems ever since we paid our money. There is never anyone there, it is in the middle of the worst homeless and crime area in Pensacola, Florida and there is always someone smoking in a unit or urinating on the front porch or inside the building. Now, as of Friday, we have two emails saying that we have closed out our storage units, but we actually paid on 1st September (which is an automatic draft) and could not get into the building or the gate yesterday when we were trying to go through more boxes to sell more items when we called to try to get help getting in, of course they are not open on Sundays and there’s no way to talk to anyone except a robot. I have emailed and called but of course nothing could be done yesterday. A few weeks ago we needed to move my son several hours away and needed to be able to get in in the morning and my husband and son spent almost 4 hours trying to deal with getting in when the gate supposedly had been struck by lightning, but nobody was there to deal with the situation. This was on a Friday in the middle of the day so no excuse for not having access. I have called multiple times with multiple complaints and been told that I would get a callback from the district or regional manager, but nobody ever calls back. It is wrong, and I would go so far as to say illegal, for us to be paying a company to have access to our storage units and to be locked out or unable to access during business hours. When a gate is broken, that is a security gate And just anybody can come and go as they please we should not be paying for a secure storage. And you certainly don’t raise the price almost doubling it in just 2 to 3 months after renting. ... Read more

Facility is beautiful - access very easy. Corporate pricing practices are abhorrent and very difficult to reach a human being. After 6 months they added a $15/month insurance without notifying me. They increased my rate 50% after 9 months!!! They advertise "cancel anytime" which is true but only if you can figure out how to do it. No option is present on your online account. No option in the phone tree when you call. You must somehow get to an agent. The online chat has a long wait, as well as the phone. When you reach someone they will say you must give 10 days notice, but my contract specified 3 days. They at least honored that. Good luck. ... Read more

From the day we put our belongings in our units , everything was perfect , the only problem was when I called to let them know we were coming to get our stuff on April 4th the person I spoke to told me they don't prorate it , so I asked if I had to pay for the whole month of April and the girl told me yes we don't prorate , I thought that was odd because they prorated when we got in , so I know that was not right , anyhow if we owe 3 days worth that is fine , but the prices went up 100.00 for the bill and I was not going to deal with that she was not helpful , however the people I dealt with in the building were awesome great and very on top of things , place is very well kept up and perfect for our storage .Thank you JoAnn Yeager ... I already had a larger storage unit in the same GoStoreIt location and I needed to downsize. The manager, Heather, was super friendly and helpful, arranging for me to easily transfer from my old one on the top floor to a new one on the second floor, a short distance from the back door entrance. I was able to move easily and before I was billed at the old, higher price, which was helpful to me. I did it in two days and feel so much LIGHTER! Lol. Spring cleaning at its best! ... Read more

Mr Coleman provides top notch customer service. He walked me around the facility and showed me everything I would need to know about entering and exiting the building, payment drafts, pro rating monthly bills when you are finished with storage needs. I wouldn’t hesitate sending my family and friends there. They came highly recommended to us by friends who had recently moved. Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
