Start to finish the process was amazing. Spoke with agent Kia on the phone to setup my first access.
My unit wound up being in the annex. Kia kindly walked over in 80 degree weather to wait for me as i drove over.
I was lost and the sister location (shoutout to those guys, super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable) and was directed to the annex location (it's a little hard to find haha)

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a lovely young lady named Kia. She was very professional and polite. She greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions. She personally escorted me to my storage unit to make sure I didn't get lost or have any issues with the lock provided with my package. (Which I did and she went to the basement to retrieve a new lock which worked perfectly). I also witnessed Kia handle other customers that came into the facility or called on the phone the same attention and dedication as she did with me. As well as making sure the facility remained tidy. I also observed that her hand was bandaged. I asked her what happened and she said she had cut her hand the day before but could still do office work so she came to work. This place looks decent,not great . A lot of Homeless people hang out in front of this establishment. The office here is usually empty because they are usually in their sister location which is across the street . However, I want to shout out Kia . She is so wonderful. The day that I joined this storage she was the one who assisted me and convinced me to join . She was so professional, so informative and accurate with everything she informed me about . She walked with me back and forth for more than an hour to show me the units I was interested in and to make sure I had an accurate understanding of where I was possibly going to rent . The way she spoke was so professional, as if she was working in upfront direct consumer service for years . She was so kind and made me feel extremely welcome. I recommend her to anyone who would like to inquire about a unit here. Now, although she was so wonderful I have to say the female manager who I spoke with that day who was surprisingly above her was extremely unprofessional and rude . You would think Kia was the manager with the way the actual manager was treating me . She did not make me feel welcome at all. Right when I walked in the establishment Kia was ready and willing to help me , even when the so called manager was not even willing to answer my questions and concerns.She was too busy flirting with the other male workers. Kia made up for the rude experience I had with the female manager however I will never forget how terrible she treated me & my spouse. Seeing as I had booked the unit a little late in the day, and the place I was moving from was literally 2 blocks away , the manager insisted on closing this location only ten minutes after my last load arrival, even though I literally begged her to give us 15 mintues although I was only 9 minutes late , I almost Cried when I seen the establishment locked ?? however Kia saw me coming from across the street and came to my rescue. If it weren't for Kia I would have had a terrible move in experience. Kia saved my whole day and the so called female manager made it so much worse. If it weren't for Kias professionalism and consideration I would have ended up in a very bad predicament. Thank you so much Kia , in my opinion she is the one who deserves to be a manager , not that unprofessional woman I encountered.
