As moving and storage can be such a hassle, Ms. Abenji Arias was amazing as can be! Her customer service skills did not go unnoticed! She was very detailed in giving me exactly what I needed and made my move so much easier. Abenji is an asset to this company and I would gladly recommend her to anyone using storage! ... Read more

Extremely good service. Ask for Abenji, she is the sweetest. Always helps us with the elevator when we move stuff into our storage units, and even let us use some shelving that was left by other clients! 100/10 would recommend ?????????? ... Read more

Abenji was super sweet, friendly, and helpful while we were moving stuff in and out of our storage units. We were still moving things a little past the end of the freight elevator service hours, but she was kind enough to stay and kept it running, and made sure we had whatever we needed to ease things along. She's the best! ... Read more

It used to be a good storage place, but they changed their personal recently, and the new people in the front desk provide a really poor service. If you need the freight elevator, they look at you as if you were insulting them, basically looks like they hate the job. Public Storage allow homeless people live down there, please don’t take me wrong I don’t have anything against them, but as you see in the picture they block the door, our unit is unfortunately next to theirs so if you ask kindly please move the bag to open the door, you know how aggressive they become only for speaking them ????. I said that they are living there bc every single random time that I have to go, they are there… I won’t describe how it smells, but everyone knows. Btw, the staff in the front desk weren’t there today, so I had to carry heavy boxes upstairs bc only Authorized Personal can operates the freight elevator. So, my experience today was a nightmare. ... Read more

Man,Abenji really did her thing! I've been checking out storage places all over. Making sure I could find one with a good price and where I knew my stuff would be kept safe and clean. The others a checked were dirty and smelled musty the second I stepped in them. So I come in here and it's not just clean,it even smells clean. Honestly, once I realized how clean it was,I worried that the prices would be through the roof. But then I talked to Abenji. She made sure to find something that we could afford. She was open and honest. Spoke to us with respect. That alone was another seller for me. The other places I checked, the staff was young and mad disrespectful. But Abenji spoke nice & kind. But professional. She walked me through everything, physically & metaphorically (paperwork & price ranges). I'm real bad at math. It's something I been embarrassed about. But this chick broke down all the math for me without making me feel stupid. Between how kind she was & how clean & organized she was,I knew I was picking the right place. She's good people & runs a good business. Definitely worth going with. I'm so glad I just happened to walk in. And walked in while she was there to really help me & my family. She gets a gold star from us for everything she did to help us & make sure we were good. ... Read more

I had an outstanding experience at Public Storage, and I can’t say enough great things about the incredible customer service I receive especially from ABenji From the moment I walked in, ABenji greeted me with the warmest smile and a friendly attitude that immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, answering every question I had with confidence and clarity. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and takes pride in making the process as smooth as possible. Benji walked me through the different storage options, helped me choose the right unit for my needs, and even gave me some super helpful tips for packing and organizing. I really appreciated how informative she was she clearly knows her stuff and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Manhattan Mini Storage - 262 Mott Street has to offer. These amenities include Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Credit Cards Accepted and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Manhattan Mini Storage - 262 Mott Street can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 35 to 40 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Manhattan Mini Storage - 262 Mott Street come at a variety of prices, starting from $280 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $470 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
