Shana was so helpful, patient, kind and professional. I was nervous about calling to get help with my problem but there was no need! She truly reassured me and that’s just what I needed.

Patrick was great help and very kind ! Thank you !

Very easy process to set up a unit for a storage rental! The storage unit and facility are both very clean. Would definitely recommend this place!

My experience was completely positive. The assistance I received from Mona was extremely helpful, and well beyond what is normally expected from an employee in her position. She was kind, and courteous, and very flexible with a customer who needed to change directions a number of times.

The storage units are beautiful, brand new and the prices are great. Alondra the store manager was very professional, kind, informative. The entire experience was stress free and efficient! I called a friend and recommended as soon as i left..??????????

Super friendly and helpful staff! Very easy to get set-up! Safe, clean facility! Great local storage option!

Patrick was a an amazing person and help me a lot

A huge thank-you to Mia and OJ for the absolutely outstanding customer service! I had a frustrating experience trying to reserve a unit online at another facility (different company), but Mia completely turned the situation around. From the moment she answered the phone, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. She took the time to listen, explain my options and pricing, and find the best solution for me. When I came in, both Mia and OJ were incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I ended up with a much nicer facility, larger unit and at a better price! I couldn’t be happier with my experience thus far. Mia and OJ are fantastic, and their customer service really stands out. Thank you both so much—and apologies for taking so long to post this review! You absolutely deserve the recognition!
