They raise the rent constantly! Management constantly changes too. Ive seen 5-6 managers over the last 5 or so years. Rent is due no later than the tenth every month which is my payday and I’ve always paid on the tenth. Suddenly, mgr says pay by 6pm or pay late fee. I have until midnight to pay before it’s late or so I thought, never had a problem before. I work so paying by 6 isn’t always an option. The next month, she says it’s due by 4pm! Correct me if I’m wrong, but if I signed a contract then she can’t change the due date or time monthly to suit her needs, correct? And if a bill is due on a specified day, that means no later than midnight of that day, right? My contract does not mention time of day, seriously thinking about taking action against them. ... It's run by Emerald Property Mgt. You have to pass a background check to rent a unit here and in order for anyone to accompany you to your unit to help load or unload items or boxes they must ALSO pass a background check. Some of the questions I was asked were completely unrelated to renting a unit, inappropriate, and none of their business. Children must remain in the vehicle. You will be placed on an eviction list 2 days after a payment becomes late and once its late, checks are not accepted. You can't pay online. They are not moisture protected and there's no light in the units, but lots of thick cobwebs. They will have all the paperwork and preparations made to auction your unit before you're even 30 days late. I would not refer ANYONE to this place. ... Read more

If u like spiders and bugs in storage units. Choose this place. They’ve touted that they spray for bugs. NOPE. The manager is lazy and isn’t organized at all. Surprised she keeps payments in order. I do not do this often, but This gives me great pleasure to give this place my honest review. ... Read more

Stopped in there today to rent a unit after speaking to a lady in the office. She was extremely rude as I walked through the door. As soon as she saw my son with me I was informed children are not allowed on the property outside of the car. Poor business model. I went across the street, got a nicer unit for less money, with especially friendly staff. ... Read more

Super safe, the management is great and knows how to run the place. The complainers on here are rule breakers (I've seen them in action) and likely caused problems, for months; you should get treated how you treat others in return sometimes. Breaking rules will get you kicked out of, well, anywhere. I appreciate the attention to detail and watchful eye. I've seen people leave these things like pig pens, even smoking and eating in them or on the property - current management keeps them out of this place as best they can. Not all people are clean, or aware of themselves. This is one of the best places for the prices around town! ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Stor-All Mini Storage - 555 Q Street has to offer. These amenities include Drive-Up Access, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate and Parking. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
