The customer service is very poor. I repeatedly asked for over a year for the parking lights in my row to be fixed. It took management 18 months to address the issue. They also made financial errors - over billing, problems with bank draft, etc. Empty unit doors are often left open compromising the integrity and the safety of rented units. The fence in the back is not secure and local youth have been observed using the perimeter fence as a shortcut to Walmart. I have since moved to another storage location. ... Read more
