Employees were polite and helpful. Unit was clean-small amount of water. Price was good when we started but then increased by 50%. Although the economy went sky high it wasn’t even close to 50%. That would be my only complaint! ... Read more

We rented a storage unit in Millsboro, since 2015. We then needed another unit in 2021. Lisa worked with us and helped us to get one. She treated us very professionally and was very knowledgeable. Finally, at the end of 2022 we were able to empty our units. Our things were just as we placed them. There was no damage to anything. We had a lot of antique furniture and boxes. We felt the rates were fair for the large units that we had. I would use them again, if needed, and recommend them to anyone who needs extra storage. ... I had moved down to the area and was looking for a secure lot to store my trailer. I saw the properly and did felt secure putting my trailer on their storage lot at the time. Only to have my trailer tampered with and my Spare Tire and mount Stollen off my trailer. When confronted, they told me to contact my insurance company. Shortly after this was mentioned, the my Lock was cut that secures my ramps for my trailer because they were trying to steal them, but could not remove them due to the trailer parked next to me. Once again, when confronted, the only response I got is to contact my insurance company. Keep in mind, this all happened on their lot! I never want to deal with this place again! They don't care about what you have stored there. They only care about the money they get! Horrible customer service!! ... Read more

Clean, well appointed and maintained facility with friendly and helpful staff. The free truck rental is a huge perk. This is a business that is clearly trying to earn loyal customers. In every detail from the clean floors to the large, late model truck, to the high quality security hardware, to the motivated employees, it is obvious that they don't skimp. I will continue to do business here in the future and I recommend them without hesitation. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
