PLEASE IGNORE THE POOR GOOGLE REVIEW I LEFT RECENTLY. PUBLIC STORAGE REGIONAL MANAGER ANTHONY, CALLED ME TODAY AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE FAULTY ELEVATOR ISSUE. THIS COMPANY DEFINITELY HAS HIGH STANDARDS FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE AND OUTSTANDING QUALITY CONTROL STANDARDS FOR THEIR STORAGE FACILITIES. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PUBLIC STORAGE FOR ANY/ALL STORAGE NEEDS. THANKS TO ANTHONY AND THE TEAM AT PUBLIC STORAGE FOR PHENOMENAL PUBLIC STORAGE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. TEN STARS!!! TERRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION! Move in day with three truckloads of stuff and I discover one of only two elevators is broken!!! Move in took twice as long. Total waste of my time! Called the PS office to find out that one elevator is out of commission for a while and no set date for repairs. I'm disappointed in 2 ways-not notified about the issue before I rented the unit and not compensated fairly for the inconvenience of the 1/2 function of the elevator service in the storage building. "0" stars for the experience! ... Read more

Kim and Briana were exceptionally helpful. I had to call Kim several times to help me set up my two accounts, and she was very kind, cheerful and patient. I finally had to visit the actual storage site and Kim talked me through the process. It was Briana's first day, and Kim proved to be an excellent teacher! ... Read more

My second review and all I can say is that my interactions just keep getting better! ?? I had the pleasure of working with Jim (Lowry? I'm not sure of the spelling, but I think it's close ??). Much like my dealing with Janelle from about a year ago, Jim was super efficient, personable, knowledgeable, and completely professional. (I don't know where they find their representatives, but I haven't met a bad one yet). They truly are great people! As I previously wrote, wonderful facility, location, convenience,... But definitely two thumbs up ???? (and maybe a big toe, too ??) for the folks who work there. Highly recommended. ?? ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
