My unit got broken into. Next morning I went to the office and the property manager is nowhere to be found, I called and left a message and its 2pm and nobody called me. This facility went down the drain since public storage took over operations. I wanted to see camera footage or talk to somebody to finalize my police report.. cant talk to corporate cant talk to the property manager.. and I am not sure if my store inventory is even safe right now … I might as well store it on the side of the road at this point!! Needless to say .. Stay away from this place … I will give them till end of day and update the review accordingly … there coffee cups left by the thieves, keyboards and other broken locks so I know my unit was not the only one but I would not know because I cannot get a hold of anybody related to this storage unit… STAY CLEAR ***I am adding this update 2 weeks from the original review.. our storage got hit again, property manager just called me to let me know that there is no lock on my gate… sure enough few thousand dollars worth of clothes are stolen. Time for a second police report.. their insurance company are yet to contact me to collect the incident information… police said no cameras no serial numbers to track (clothes) so you are on your own!! We are moving as fast as we can to another facility where there is security and customer service….STAY CLEAR ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.
