Best..haha, more like WORST!!! I’ve read the reviews and to all of you one star reviewers, I can TOTALLY relate. I give it -0 stars. I stored my classic car here and I put a brick on top of my car cover, I returned to take it out for a spin and there were particles of rust on the cover and there were scratches on my vehicle. This guy CANNOT be trusted, he talks so MUCH that he can’t keep up with his LIES, he has some drug addict living with him or in one of the storages. He has multiple cats in the office , which smells like a cage . I didn’t feel comfortable having my car there especially after he EMPHASIZED that HE was NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY, then he got pissed when I questioned it. I do NOT RECOMMEND this STORAGE. Remember you get what you pay for, so pay EXTRA for PEACE of MIND when it comes to your personal property. Also the area is SHADY. ... Read more

You can ONLY make a reservation for 24 hours and even though you tell the manager you will be there on the weekend because some people actual work during their open hours, he won't hold it and we arrived early in the morning on Saturday to find out he just rented it to someone else. So for those of you out there that try and plan ahead of time, make sure you wait as long as possible until 24 hours of needing to move in or you will lose your reservation. I COMPLETELY understand that there are people who flake out/don't show BUT I was communicating with the owner and TOLD him I run a daycare and CAN'T make it until the weekend. I pray that you all have a better experience than we did. ... Read more

I have been paying rent on time for over 2 years, but when it came time to move out, the manager was not on site and did not return my calls or call me when I left a written note. I tried for two days. I was forced to pay an extra month of rent that was due the third day. Shady business. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
