So 3 months ago they changed their billing software and I missed the email which said we have to create a new account online to be able to process payments again. I was charged a late fee and called to clear things up. They accepted my payment but said they could not enter my CC info for auto pay only either in person or online. I live in North Dallas and it's an inconvenience to drive to Midlothian just to give them my CC so I tried setting up the account online. I asked the lady to send thru text the website to create the account and was sent what I realize now was the wrong website portal. Somehow somewhere I was able to setup an account, make a payment (which already had the previous CC on file so I'm not sure why I even had to do the whole run around) and I was charged a $41 late fee which they refused to honor and emplied that it was a simple process because they had to do the same thing themself... So here we are again on the 3rd month post system change and I received an email saying my access is revoked. I tried to access my account online and it's saying no account exists for my email. This is beyond ridiculous at this point. I began renting a storage in January for my father who had ALS who has now passed away and I have not even been to the property since then. Regardless of the storage facility choosing to change their payment processing or whatever, it should not be this difficult and I should not be charged a late fee for system error or such. ... First off, I am not paying for the storage space, my company is but there are things that should not be left unsaid. I received an email saying I was locked out. I called, went through the prompts and ended up leaving a message. A while later, not hearing anything, I drove to the location. According to the lady behind the counter, the software change didn't work on my auto credit card payment (corporate card) so I was locked me out. I had to fill out a new form so they can charge the same card, again. There was an email stating I'd have to fill out forms but I missed it and that's on me... The amount she said was going up didn’t match the email I was sent. My original cost was $149 and she said it was going up to $189 on 9/1. The email said it was going to $169. She said she didn’t understand and charged my card $161…I asked why it was more than my contract but less than the increase and the lady behind the counter didn’t know. I asked if she could call me later to let me know what’s going on and she agreed. She calls and tells me there is a mandatory protection insurance of $14 per month unless I have a homeowner's plan that covers the contents. The math still is working because $161 + $14 = $163, not $161…I honestly have no clue at this point what is correct. I tried to explain why I didn’t need it or have it but she said she couldn’t change it. The thing is, my company is a global manufacturer, doesn’t have a homeowner’s policy (of course) and is renting it to store items that do not need any kind of coverage as the inventory is low and the items are relatively low-cost. As of 9/1/2025, they are going up $20 more per month…So, in the span of 90 days they have gone up twice and has mismanaged the entire process. I honestly have no idea what my rent will be each month. Anyone who doesn’t work from home like I do, would have to take off work to straighten out this mess and that’s just not right. I’m also not sure why a storage company would require insurance as the contents are not their responsibility nor thei business. It looks to me like a way to not only increase the rental rates to make more money but forcing people to pay for additional “protection” or leave to make more money and that’s just terrible. My company may decide to stay, I’m not sure but EVERYONE should be aware of these issues. ... Read more

Hours say 9am-6pm got here at 4:29pm to return a U-Haul rental. The lady saw us but ran out and drove off. We accidentally locked the key in the truck as we took pictures for the return process. No answer by phone so we ended up paying $200 to get the truck opened by a locksmith. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for U-Haul rentals or for customer service. ... Read more

Super excited to share how great my experience was with Mr. Forre and Mrs. Sharon. Walked in for the first time and automatically felt safe and protected so of course I would want my belongings to be safe as well. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when renting out a storage unit, for this was my very first time but when I tell you they told it like it was as well as gave me the best price they had without trying to get more money out of my pockets. Me Forre allowed me to go into 2 different units and was kind enough to let me reserve both! Mrs. Sharon was so prompt with reservation of the unit and her follow up was amazing. If your looking for a storage unit LOOK HERE! ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.
