Best storage solution I have ever used. I recently closed out here when I moved away, but I rented storage here for well over a decade, business and personal. Jerry is a man of his word, and always helpful and available if I had any questions or needed more/less space. A Mini and Jerry have my highest recommendations. ... Read more

He rented me a space for my camper which seemed like an ok spot. Within 1 week he called me at 11am asking if he could send his guys to get MY keys to move my camper. He knowingly rented me a spot blocking a manhole that Oncor must have access to. I took off work and moved it to what I was told was a temporary spot. He made comments that he couldn't move the trailer next to me due to it has no tires. Once I was in that "temporary" spot he started putting other trailers in front of me blocking me in. I watched his guys move other peoples trailers around as they needed. Jerry and Amanda then stopped answering and returning phone calls when I was trying to find permanent spot for my camper. They don't care about your stuff and just run and hide when there is an issue. There are much nicer, cheaper, and more secure options out there. ... Read more

I had a unit there for 2 years until a few days ago. I cannot write enough great things about Keith and Jerry. They were so very sweet when I needed a unit last minute 2 years ago, and were always accommodating when I would forget to mail them a check on time. They were very easy to work with, very professional, always returned calls on time and just good people to work with. You don't always get that anymore. When I recently moved my things out, it was obvious no one had messed with my lock and nothing in the unit had been touched. Very safe area and I never worried once about my belongings. If you need a storage unit in the Plano/ North Dallas area please go to them, I honestly cannot say enough nice things about them, and if I move back to that side of the metroplex and need storage, I will absolutely go back to them. ...
