We recently moved our belongings to this storage facility, and the experience has been wonderful from the very beginning. Stephanie was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She made the entire process simple and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and has a much nicer appearance than other storage facilities we’ve used. It’s obvious that pride is taken in keeping the property looking its best. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but Stephanie delivered exactly that. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed storage facility with someone who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend this location. Thank you, Stephanie, for making our move such a pleasant experience! ... Read more

After looking at several storage places we chose Princeton 380 Storage and I’m so glad we did. Stephanie, the manager, gave us a tour of the property and helped us determine the right size storage unit for our needs. The facility is brand new, super clean and easy to find your way around. Stephanie is VERY knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. The lease process was straightforward and she made the lease easy to understand. We can tell that Stephanie takes pride in her job and is what I call “a real straight shooter”. We chose this location for many reasons but mainly because we trust Stephanie and her ability to manage this facility. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
