I’ve been using their storage facility for a few months now and I’m really impressed with how clean, safe, and well maintained everything is. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, and I feel confident knowing my belongings are secure. The convenient access hours make it super easy to get in and out whenever I need something. ... Everything I own has mold on it because they don't maintain anything. One day I tried to tell the front desk worker James (total psychopath) it was over 90 degrees in the building and there was evidence of birds inside everywhere and he ignored me. I complained about that and he said I was evicted and had 30 days to get out. I had to apologize to HIM to get him to walk that back. The entry door lock hasn't worked in months and so it's just open to anyone. Do not rent here. These people are psychos and they absolutely do not care about you or your property. ... Read more

The manager of this location is horrible. He set me up for auto pay after I gave him my 30 day notice and specifically asked him not to as I was moving out. They have auto debt my account twice since then. The owner won’t return calls, they are incredibly dishonest. Pay more at any place else, they have no idea how to treat people. ... Read more

Just Rented a U-Haul and was told about a Free Storage Unit by the Manager James. Great Worker as he stopped doing lawn work to come to the office and help me out as I was leaving because there was a sign on door that Management was on grounds. Nice Clean Facility. One Manager that tends to the parking lot grounds, lawning and the facility. My hats off to the guy. ... Read more

James is unprofessional. This business is not worth your time. The day we set everything up went great but only went downhill from there and it's mostly due to James' sassy attitude and lack of professionalism. ... Read more

Came here to do a U-haul pickup during listed business hours that were the same both online and on the door to the business. Pickup was confirmed with uhaul to be in person and no through the app. Arrived at the store and nobody was there. Tried main and emergency number with no reply. Ended up having to reschedule pickup with uhaul to another location. very frustrating. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
