Please don't actually move here. It's a beautiful secret that stays serene so close to luxury coffee shops filled of local flavor, making a quaint downtown exciting. The quiet atmosphere supports working professionals, kids who need environments supportive of rest & fun at appropriate times. And good, kind people. Stay here to experience downtown Waxahachie but please, don't move in. If word gets out then there would be no way to accomodate guests and waiting lists are already so long. Stay a night or a week and go home! Ok just kidding. You might just make this your new home. ... Read more

Driving up, you might second guess this place- or even pass it up! It’s not easy on the eyes at first. It’s set behind the storage units- several converted into efficiency apartments-and several of the RVs and their surroundings look like they’ve been living here full time for quite awhile- which after meeting a bunch of others, most have been there for a long time.. but we stayed here for 2 months while working in Waxahachie and grew to love it. Very quiet area, nice concrete slabs, and honestly a great place for the very affordable monthly rate. This is definitely a no frills RV Park so if you’re looking for any amenities, this is not the place! But if looking for a nice quiet place to park, this should work for you! It’s also right off the Waxahachie bike trail, which is such a beautiful peaceful bike ride- even have a few trails set up for mountain biking and just a short walk:bike/drive to the cute downtown area. Initial impression of office staff/owners wasn’t the best but by the end of our time there, things were fine. Just harsh personalities for the RV world. All in all, a decent place to stay in Waxahachie- don’t think there are any other options in the area. ... Read more

This is a great little RV Park tucked away just SE of the town square, of old down town. Easy access to the wonderful and eclectic selection lf shops and places to eat. Close to the Waxahachie Park and biking / running trails. Well kept and cleaned, freindly neighbors, and quiet. The ownership and staff go above and beyond to be accomidating and are very nice people. GREAT PLACE & They have self storage on site! ... Read more
