Rented a uhaul from here. Apparently they didn’t take photos of the odometer beforehand so I got charged an extra $75. Drove a truck from provo to american fork mysteriously got charged for an extra 70 miles. ... Read more

The U-Haul 24/7 truck share was having issues and it was after hours. The guy at the next door dealership was outside and able to call Kristi on the phone. Kristi came over (after closing hours) and opened up the office to help us. She was also able to help us cut down on some random unnecessary expenses for the total price. We really appreciate her going above and beyond to help us! ... Read more

Their U-haul rental program is a scam. They advertise low prices but they have their ways to get the actual price up quickly. Their contract says if you return their truck with a gas tank lower than 1/4 than you have to pay an extra $30. The kicker is they gave me the truck with only 1/4 tank! I drove the truck less than 3 miles total and they charged me $41 for gas! Edit: Just looked at a picture of the dash that I took when I picked it up and the tank was actually under 1/4 when I picked it up! If they don’t refund that fee, these people are dishonest scammers. ... Read more

Pro: they have tons of units of all different sizes. They have drive up units, indoor climate controlled units, and even vehicle parking in the back of the facility. They also have a different location nearby. When we canceled our storage unit it was super easy. Cons: It can be fairly expensive. We paid around $200 a month for our unit. They also close it at around 10 pm so you can’t take any late night hauls. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
