Joined this facility in march, which i received a discounted rate. After the discount my bill was $43 then it increased in 2months to $69 then in 2 more months it increased to $87. Now I've received a notice that in September it will be $104. I called to get an explanation and was on hold for 20 minutes. As i look through the 5 star reviews i believe they are all fake. The review count of the "clients" are low and the comments are very weird and generic. Think very hard and carefully before choosing this company. ... Read more

I’ve had a terrible experience. Every month the price went up for the smallest unit. I was paying the same amount for the large one when my mom told me how much hers was. Don’t ever get a unit from here. You’ll regret it ... Read more

When I first got my unit, the company was great and easy yo work with. Since the new iwners took over, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Ever changing rates, lack of customer service unless you want to deal with automated answering machines, and never an actual person to talk to. If this continues, I will be relocating to another provider. ... Read more

Rented a unit. You can see in the attached pictures that it was not in good condition. Wanted to cancel my storage bin. Only had it for 2 hours. I was told that unfortunately I signed the lease and there was nothing she could do. Super disappointed. ... Read more

My family had a wonderful experience with this facility. I wish the hours were longer to move things due to work schedule of 8-5, but if you can do it on weekends this is a great place to use. The staff was always friendly and I was not harassed if I had to wait for paycheck or Mom’s notice if we were keeping it. None of my things were damaged or infested with anything either. I would definitely recommend. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that Storage Depot - 185 East Mercury Blvd has to offer. These amenities include Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Unstaffed Location, Parking, First Floor Access and Online Payment. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by Storage Depot - 185 East Mercury Blvd can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 32 to 875 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by Storage Depot - 185 East Mercury Blvd come at a variety of prices, starting from $62 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $1,312 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
