Their 10x10 unit is smaller than advertised, also lacking in vertical height. The previous managers were very polite and offered a discount for the unit. There was a change in management in Nov 2024, after which they doubled the rent w/o the required 30 day notification. Extremely rude managers, who harassed me just because I asked for a refund. Got out of there as quickly as I could. ... Read more

I Needed a quick storage unit after the apartments i was supposed to move in gave my unit to someone else, I wanted something close to my house as well as close to my new apartment. i chose these initially because i was told the amount i would pay monthly was 60-80$. That was before i received my bill of 187$ one hundred dollars more than i expected but even than I didn't complain I just waited until my upcoming pay period to pay it since I have a 10-grace period and I'm moving. I recently have started moving items to my new place when i have time and have slowly started putting things away. I immediately noticed one of my boxes was full of ants. (I am terrified of all bugs) but even then, I didn't complain to them until the 3rd/4th visit receiving boxes and that's only because my mom said to ask if they could bomb the unit. So, i went in and asked the lady working said this was normal and she also was seeing ants in the front office. she said the person would be able to bomb my unit now if i could wait. Now when she said bomb I didn't expect that to mean the person would just spray raid on every box he could reach and just give me 2 cans to go with. EVEN THEN I NEVER COMPLAINED. Me and my best friends started moving my stuff and having to move the big Funiture in the storage around to try and get more boxes out with doing this it's possible a piece of mail or something fell out while we were moving stuff and stuffing our car. when we drove off nothing was too crazy looking and nothing was all over the place after leaving the storage after like maybe a hour and a half i receive a call from the woman screaming at the top of her lungs, saying i left trash everywhere and my mail was found and I'm such a disgusting human being ND this is why my unit has ants ( mind you my stuff is very organized in my unit) She is legit screaming to the point where i have to tell her to stop speaking at me and speak to me, i have to tell her I am an adult and i will be treated as such. She than proceeds to ask me when I'm moving out because I'm already late on a payment and i need to hurry and pack my things out. For 1. I was 5 days into my grace period due to my work pay day. 2. Who is dumb enough to think someone is going to trash a place purposedly and leave evidence like mail with their whole government name behind ( i guess she thought i was that dumb) 3rdly i was on my way back to the unit to grab more stuff, all she had to do was ask if i would sweep it up ESSPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS MAIL and i would've with no issues or problems, but to call my phone screaming at the top of your lungs calling me nasty and disgusted and speaking on finances and wellbeing as if you know anything about me is crazy and very unprofessional. I definitely deserve an apology and to be honest i doubt i will get one. I am the person who was lied to about the price, i was the person who is brining boxes that had no ants to brand new unit WITH ANTS because "in this time of year that's what tends to happen" And i am the one who got yelled at on the phone with no questions asked with no type of solution just yelled and disrespected because of assumptions instead of having common sense and knowing know one would leave a mess with their government name attached, I Have STILL NOT CUSSED THEM OUT!! i never was offered a discount price for the ants, i wasn't offered anything except for the "bombing" which was legit just raid being sprayed on boxes. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY. The only reason they will get 2 stars is because the man i sign up with was amazing, he was very kind even though i felt bamboozled about the price he was very kind and so was the man who sprayed the unit and gave me the raid cans. The woman needs to learn customer service etiquette and learn how to speak to people when she finds an issue or a problem. I work in the medical field and anyone who behaved like that over something so small would've immediately got fired. ... Read more

Affordable and beats every price in town. Owners are very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They have great security, fully gated facility, and cameras on every angle. They even have a moving truck they offer up for use when you’re moving. I had a fabulous experience with this place, and the couple who manages it did everything they could to help me. Thank you! ... The staff their gives you a family feel and actually care. They worked with us under pressure to move into the storage and really went out of their way to help me and my family out. They offer a moving truck for free for the move into the storage which itself is a huge help in this Seattle weather and when I was over time frame they extended the use of the truck for a reasonable fee and worked with us to get all of our stuff moved in. They are great at enforcing the gate rules which is very good for security, and keep the place clean and pristine. I recommend them and I think you will love their manage style and family feel for a self storage. ... Read more

The staff here is super friendly makes you feel like family. I've been here for a few years already and I'd have to say this is the best management that I've ever seen in my life!!! The place is a mom-and-pop storage but I'd have to say they do treat you like family and actually look out for your stuff. I feel safe and will continue to refer all of my friends and family here. Jared and his wife will take care of you. Very honest couple and down to earth. I'm glad they are the eyes of our storage. Wish we could have had them sooner. Keep up the good work ; ) ... Read more
