Mama W. - 23 August 2025
Up until move out we were satisfied, we had no problems prior and felt like our belongings were safe and cared for. We had to move to Kansas and could not take our belongings with us at the time. We continued to pay for our unit and had no problems doing so. This week my husband came back up to retrieve our belongings, he was informed quite rudely by Steve that we had to have everything out, we had no problems with that making a dump run as well as fitting every possible thing we could into the moving truck and an SUV. Yes we had to leave a few things behind. I called to close out and had to deal with Steve, he was rud and condescending through out the entire call and cut me off a few times. I had no problems with prior people I had talked to he is just absolutely rude! I understand his job can be difficult and people leave units full of stuff that needs to be disposed of, we tried to leave as little as possible. I dont think that it was worth getting spoken down to and treated subhuman and like I was an idiot. ... Read more

The office lady is so nice, I know if I ever need to store things again I will go here. I have rented here twice :) it’s sometimes a bit more pricey than other places when searching the web, but there are no surprise fees (except insurance, but that’s expected) and they really keep an eye on units! They always called when I would forget to correctly lock it :) the free moving truck option is great, too. ... Read more

I have had a storage unit 2 different periods of time and they were easy to work with and I recommend them to anyone that I hear needs to get a storage unit. Their prices are good. Easy & convenient payment options. I am confident that it's a safe & secure place to store your belongings. The ONLY thing that I would say that is inconvenient for me is that you are not able to get access to your unit after 10pm. I would still recommend them though. There probably aren't a lot of people that would need access that late. ... Read more

Have had a great experience so far. They were professional and friendly. I was able to use the moving truck for free. Very easy to work with and I am able to have automatic payments taken out each month which is great since I am in Germany. Would definitely go with them again ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

There is a wide array of amenities available for the storage units that On-Guard Mini Storage - 55 Aaron Drive has to offer. These amenities include Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Truck Rentals, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Most of these amenities can prove to be very useful depending on what you need to store. For example, climate-controlled units can come in handy for keeping sensitive items, drive-up access can make your loading and unloading process easier, and extra security measures will ensure your items are kept safe at all times.

The storage units offered by On-Guard Mini Storage - 55 Aaron Drive can satisfy all of your storage needs. Different sizes here range from 25 to 300 square feet. You can go for smaller units if you don't have a lot of items to store, while choosing a larger space is recommended in case you need to store a lot of furniture, bigger items or even vehicles.

The unit size that you should choose obviously depends on how much stuff you need to store. On the one hand, you should think of smaller units (5'x5' or 5'x10') as closets – they can be used to store chairs, lamps, moving boxes and sports equipment, along with smaller pieces of furniture, books and documents.

On the other hand, the 10'x10' and 10'x15' spaces are good for storing larger items of furniture, bicycles and a larger number of possessions. If you need even more space, then 10'x20' and 10'x30' units can easily accommodate the contents of an entire 3- or 4-bedroom house.

Storage units offered by On-Guard Mini Storage - 55 Aaron Drive come at a variety of prices, starting from $42 per month for typically smaller units. However, larger spaces can set you back up to $285 a month.

We know that when it comes to self storage, there is nothing more important than quickness and accessibility. Drive-up access is an extremely convenient amenity, as you can park your vehicle right next to your unit, making it significantly easier to load and unload the items you will use storage for. However, drive-up storage units tend to be outdoors, so you might consider indoor storage spaces with climate control if you're looking to keep temperature-sensitive items in peak condition.

Yes, you might, depending on what you need to put in storage. Climate-controlled spaces keep temperatures and humidity levels consistent all the time, which means they are perfect for storing sensitive items. Seeing that a whole host of things can be damaged by varying temperatures and excessive moisture, many people choose to rent climate-controlled units for personal items such as documents, photographs, paintings, collectibles, electronics, wooden furniture, antiques and even vehicles. If you're looking to store such items that are valuable to you, consider renting a climate-controlled unit!
