While in town for work, my colleague and I needed to rent a van for the weekend. The guy who runs the front desk here is so awful. Every time I call or speak to him, he always has an attitude. If you don’t like being here, then don’t work here? It’s not that hard. You make my experience miserable everytime I try to pay my bill or need assistance. Stop spreading your misery to other people. ... Read more

Clean and decently affordable storage units in a great location if you live or work in Belltown. Plus, it's not Public Storage so they'll actually treat you like a person. They provide great service and if you communicate they can even help with prorated rates as apposed to big box companies screwing you out of time you didn't need the space. I recommend them as the go to spot in the area constantly. ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
