My first time storing my boat at Outrig and so far I am very pleased with the facility and the people that work at Outrig. All my phone calls and interactions with the Outrig staff have been super helpful and friendly. Their communication is great and they are very responsive. I can usually speak with a person whenever I call them and they are always available to help. I have been dealing mostly with Cody who is great, but sometimes he has someone filling in and they are just as helpful. Before I moved in there was some stuff left over from previous tenant and I asked Outrig to make sure the items were gone before I moved in and it was taken care of. I also requested someone look at the roll up door because it was catching at the top and they had someone come and fix the door right away. The unit I have could use a little work, but so far it has worked out without any issues. But I'm sure if I have an issue it would get addressed right away. Cody mentioned the facility I was at was under new management and so far it has been great. I don't know how the previous management was but so far so good.

Helpful staff, clean, easily accessible units and facilities plus conveniently located a few minutes from the square in Sonoma. Also, Prime is charging a consistent, affordable price unlike other storage groups who have switched to "dynamic pricing" which makes sticking to your monthly budget impossible as every bill amount is a surprise.

We had a great experience storing our RV here! There are gates at the entrance with an entry code and the office staffed during the week. We would definitely store our RV here again!
