Bricia at Smart Space Self Storage on Tamlin Road was absolutely amazing! When I first pulled up, there was a sign on the door saying she was out to lunch. She happened to still be close enough to notice that someone needed help and came back to help me before going to lunch. The fact that she chose to come back and help me right away really stood out to me. I originally set everything up over the phone before moving to Colorado, and there had been some confusion with my reservation and the move-in special. When I came in needing to switch to a smaller storage unit, Bricia took the time to look at everything, explain my options, and help me find something that actually fit my needs and budget. She was incredibly honest and even pointed out that I was paying much more than I needed to be. What I appreciated most was that she genuinely seemed interested in helping me get the best option rather than trying to keep me in a more expensive unit. She was friendly, patient, transparent, and went out of her way to help me. I ended up with exactly what I needed at a MUCH better price. Definitely ask for Bricia if you need help with storage. Her customer service was exceptional!

The employees of this company went out of their way to genuinely care, support and help us with the process of getting my husband’s deceased brothers things. Office staff as well as warehouse men from start to finish they have been the best company we have ever dealt with!! Very ethical and compassionate! Job well done and we appreciate you!!

In and out super easy

Angie is so wonderful I really appreciate all her effort that she has put Into assisting me with this move. She was very thorough and detailed during the sign up. Made sure that I understood the pro rate and everything clearly so there was transparency and no surprises. I look forward to seeing her around on the property as I access my unit

I booked a large drive up unit online and had to move from another companies more expensive unit within days. Tim showed me the unit and got me setup immediately. Digital access works great and when there was one small issue, Cliff took care of it right away! I'm so happy to have moved to this Extra Space Storage, as the people from day one have been friendly, kind and on top of everything! I would definitely recommend!

So I went in yesterday to take a look at a small storage I could use easily to store my stuff I'm gonna sell at the flea market and I got a 8 *10 it's perfect. The employee helped me a lot and made it so easy for me to do.They were very friendly and professional..thank you so much

I absolutely love this facility. The app to access the facility is very convenient. Very clean and the process was very easy. I did the process over the phone with Athea she was very helpful! However, Athea was extremely helpful and assured I knew how to utilize the storage and find it. she explained everything from the payment breakdown to the storage unit. This is my first time using a storage unit. When I arrived at the facility she was on property, she greeted me & showed me my unit with a smile & high spirits… Highly Recommend

I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage. The whole place was spotless and really well-kept. The mobile check-in and gate access made everything so easy. I didn’t even need to fuss with keys or codes. Moving in was a breeze, and when it was time to move out, it was even smoother. The on-site manager was fantastic too—always helpful and thorough whenever I popped in with a question. Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough. If I ever need storage again, this will absolutely be my go-to.

2nd edit: they have corrected that wrong and I appreciate that. A lot of places wouldn’t have done that. Edit: I originally gave them five stars based on their quality service. This is a nice facility as well. Now I am giving one star due to recent events. I tried to access the facility the other day and was not notified prior to going that they would be closed due to concrete work. The sign said they would reopen in 24 hours. I came back in over 24 hours and there was still no access allowed. There was a new sign there that said they would reopen the next day, Monday, at 6 AM. I went there today, Monday, at 6:16 am And the facility was still not accessible. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.
