I wanted to say I had excellent customer service from Tina this morning. She was prompt and willing to help without hesitation. Very friendly and engaging in casual conversation while looking up the unit I needed. Keep up the great customer service.

Cassy was a lifesaver!!! My son was at my storage unit on June 28 and was unable to get the gate open after driving 13 hours with a full U-Haul. He called and spoke to someone. I think he said his name was Chris and said he hopes they forgive him, quite frankly, I understand exactly what he means cause I was at the end of his frustration while understandable it’s still brutal. That said Cassy was a lifesaver!! Her demeanor and professionalism and kindness helped to keep me from completely falling apart at a gas station in Kansas while on my way to Colorado I was in 105° heat. Well we all know what kind of heat wave we’re dealing with. There wasn’t going to be enough room over the course of quite a bit of time. Cassy got me set up in another unit and all is well that ends well I like to say. But God bless that girl because she went above and beyond????

It was my first time renting storage. I accidentally rented early on the website but Kim was very nice and fixed my mistake. She then explained in detail how to correctly rent on the website and showed me the size of the storage room. She then proceeded to hold the storage room for me until my actual rent date. Kim and Kayleigh were also helpful on the day of move in, finishing paperwork fast and efficiently, even though their computers gave them issues. Excellent staff and service overall.

Michelle is truly exceptional and has been a breath of fresh air with the new management company. She is professional, responsive, and incredibly flexible, always going out of her way to make things smooth and stress-free. Her communication is clear and timely, and she genuinely cares about providing great service.

Went and spoke with agent Shigeko about prices. She was very friendly and helpful. Had great prices as well. We set up a unit and will be moving some stuff in soon.

Jessica ended up changing my entire perspective on storage units where I had a hard time trusting them at first she's been a great help and not only helping me out at this location but also another one of the extra space storage locations down the road and has been able to help me out and gone above and beyond so I definitely wanted to give her a shout out and say that she deserves a awesome raise because I couldn't do my operations without her.
