Car storage units in Florida

Friendly and accommodating.

Excellent Antonio!

Great service with friendly and helpful staff! I would definitely use again!

We’ve had our storage unit here for the past two years, and the employee who runs the facility has always been amazing to work with. Fair, honest, helpful, and genuinely cares about customers. You can tell he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Everybody who works here is so nice and understanding. Even when I fell on hard times and got behind on payments they did their absolute best to make sure I was able to keep paying and keep my storage. I appreciate them so much!

This is actually my second time renting from this exact Extra Space Storage facility, and one of the reasons I continue to feel comfortable doing business here is the level of customer service I’ve received, especially from Kandyce. I’ve had a few issues with my storage unit door coming off the track, which at times made it difficult or impossible to access my unit. Each time I’ve reached out, Kandyce has gone above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of. She has been extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating, coordinating vendors to come out and repair the door, following up to make sure everything was resolved, and even assisting with credits due to the inconvenience. Things can happen with any facility, but what really matters is how those situations are handled, and Kandyce has consistently made sure I was taken care of. Her customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help are truly appreciated and are a big reason I’ve continued to rent at this location. Thank you, Kandyce, for always going the extra mile!
