We have been using this facility since it was called IDAHO storage connection, which is obviously been purchased by Public Storage. I was only expecting a price increase, and no improvement in the service levels. I was wrong, Dustin has been nothing but helpful. He’s even convinced me to Rent another storage unit! Even with the price increase, it was worth it because of the extra service
