Megan, at Extra Sace Storage in Shawnee, Kansas, on Shawnee Mission Parkway did a excellent job renting me a storage unit. Megan greeted me at the door with a smile, and a how can I help you. She went over the size of the units, what items are you going to stor and now many, the price of each unit to fit my items and how much space I needed, and the insurance that you may need to save-guard my belongings. I was very happy to talk to someone whom was knowedgeable of the business, so I wouldn't have to guess what she was trying to say. She was to the point and patience when I didn't understand something about renting out storage facility. If your going to need some storage space for your spring cleaning, now the time to look at Extra Space Storage for your long or short term storages. What sold me on this facility was that the first month was free and after that I could pay by the month with no long term contract, at least for me. Thank You, Megan, for doing such a great job. I think you are warrant a raise, or maybe even give you a promotion to keep you as a value employee, such as Megan. Thanks again, and I will be doing business again with you and Extra Space Storage. I’ve been storing at I-Storage/NSA for 4 years. I’ve always been treated wonderfully when I had questions or concerns. Yesterday I moved out of my unit. Sawyer was professional, nice and made sure I got closed out ASAP. Highly recommend them!
