Katrina is amazing! I own a moving company and we rent 1 unit here and 1 at another facility that this company owns. One of our guys left the door to our unit open when grabbing supplies for a job and forgot to close the door. Katrina noticed that our door was open and called me right away to let me know, and then offered to close it up for us. Self storage often has a reputation of poor customer service (I've been locked inside one before in Churchville and had to call the fire department to take the chain off the gate), but the staff here are on top of it and super friendly.
