Car storage units in New York

This place is solid. I’m so relieved to have found this storage after hearing horror stories about other places. It’s really clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly. They are clear, confident, and know their stuff. Sherine is the best! Super bright and funny and gets what you need DONE!

They did an awesome job, facility was clean and the property manager was great! Definitely recommend.

Outstanding job

Great job on supporting us And being so kind ??

Had a great experience with Extra Space Storage, especially when it came time for me to move everything out and check out of my unit. The customer service here was honestly some of the best I’ve dealt with at a storage facility. Everyone was friendly, patient and actually took the time to guide me through the process instead of just rushing me out the door. Huge shoutout to Konnie, Glory & Nathaniel! Probably the friendliest team I’ve encountered here. They answered all my questions, made the checkout process super easy and made sure I understood everything before leaving. You can tell they genuinely care about how they treat their customers and that goes a long way. Really appreciate you guys for all the help and hospitality. Definitely leaving on a good note ????

Sharon is great, wonderful personality. Good experience overall.

Rick at the center morches location was very helpful and pretty awesome experience.your facility is lucky to have him

Ludgi & Messiah answered all my questions & completing rental online saved me so much money & time!

Brandon was the best, thank you for helping me with my storage.

Very reasonable prices and clean. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Showed me around and made sure I felt comfortable with my unit.

Tina in the office was great!! She called right after I made my reservation and allowed me to come right in and look at the different units to choose the right one for us. She got me all set up within minutes so I was able to start bringing my items in immediately. Units are nice, clean and they have temperature controlled options available. The elevator to the upstairs units are plenty big enough to bring large house hold items in. The drive in feature is awesome to keep yourself and your items out of the elements.

Great experience!
