I am not even a customer of IStorage but came to that location to pick up my U-Haul. We met Jay, A new employee who was unfamiliar with the U-Haul process but was so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He had such a positive spirit about him and it was very much so appreciated during a frustrating time dealing with U-Haul. Thank you so much, Jay! Your kindness did not go unnoticed and I hope your employer knows what a valuable employee they have in you!!

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and super convenient to access. What really made my visit stand out was the amazing customer service. Bhakti Salazar was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed—even providing an Allen wrench so I could break down my desk on the spot. That level of support is rare and truly appreciated. 10/10 — Bhakti is the best, and Extra Space Storage has definitely earned my recommendation!

JUNE 27, 2026 @ 2:58 PM - I was there today going through my storage unit in the heat of the day. A sweet female employee rode by on a golf cart and handed me a cold bottle of water without me asking for it. I appreciated it very much that she showed concern for me. ??

Jill is the best. My storage lock on the unit was jacked up. The lock couldn’t lock she went out her way to help me out and it was pass her time to get off. I give this place a 10/10 due to Jill customer service.

Felicia was very helpful and knowledgeable with booking and getting our supplies. It’s been a pleasure coming to this location.
