Jonna was very helpful associate, she gave me clear instructions to access the facility. She spent extra time from her shift to help me out. Great work!!

Thank you to the gentleman who helped me pick a new storage unit yesterday, 9/19! It was so easy and he was very patient with me asking various questions. Thank you!

Very helpful and got us setup with a unit quickly to suit our needs

Very spacious and secure.

Mary at Avid Storage on Weber Rd was very welcoming and friendly! I love how in-depth but simply she explained the process. She made me feel reassured that I was getting the best deal possible as times are hard for a college student like myself. I will be recommending her to all my friends and family!! Thank you again Mary! Keep doing you and never change!!

The employees are what make this facility amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are taken care of. I will forever be grateful for the kindness they showed me when my mom Linda Heyn passed away.

Matthew is such a joy to have at this property.

public storage is a great place to store excess personal items. Gabriel Culiat would definitely recommend them to family and friends

I’ve been with extra space storage on i10 in Baytown for over 10 years and they have been amazing every single time I’ve needed them! Always helpful and always quick to respond! If I ever need another storage unit I would choose them every time! Thanks so much kaysie and team I really appreciate everything yall have done!

I worked with Jessie B (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) to setup my storage unit. She was delightful and helpful. When I arrived at the space it was clean and prepared with a lock waiting for my arrival. The location is ideal and on a 90 degree day the unit stays cool ( I have an uncontrolled temperature unit ). The wind currents from the traffic going by generates a nice breeze keeping the outside units cool. 2 Weeks in and I am please with my decision.

I LOVED how I was treated I forgot to ask for her name but she was sooo sweet and VERY helpful!
