Car storage units in Texas

Let me start up by saying I was kind of getting frustrated until TJ handled my situation because he was very professional. The first person I talked to was Eli and he helped me a lot also so I got to give both these guys credit. Eli was very professional as was TJ. My situation was.My battery was dead getting the unit going for the first couple days, but they helped me very much and now it’s going fine. TJ was the man who helped me and he was very courteous and very cool with me when I was maybe frustrated a little bit but now it all is good and I will definitely stay here a long time as long as the rent don’t go up too high. property looks clean to me way better than it was before but before Brian, who worked in the office was probably the best Storage manager I’ve ever seen. He was on site always and took care of business and just very professional and short, and the property was always clean. it looks like they left it in really good hands though because everything looks good and I look forward to seeing here a long time thank you, TJ for really helping me.a lot I really appreciate it. I didn’t get to post this earlier, but there’s the post but I also want to say I just moved out and I got a lot of help from AMMAR AND DAVID. THEY REALLY HELPED ME THROUGH THE MOVE OUT PROCESS AND I’M GRATEFUL FOR THE HELP. OVERALL, MY OPINION IS IF YOU WANT TO RENT A STORAGE AND YOU REALLY WANT TO GO SOMEWHERE THAT THEY CARE THIS WOULD BE THE ONE TO GO TO.

This location is very nice and the employee that helped me Michael Benjamin he was very very helpful. He helped me save over $45 a month in storage fees.

I had an amazing experience at Move It Storage thanks to Juan! From the moment we walked in, he was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the storage options in detail and made sure we understood exactly what we were getting. What really stood out was how he worked with us to find the best price—no pressure, just genuine help. It’s rare to find someone who is both honest and truly cares about helping customers make the right decision. If you’re looking for storage in the Port Brownsville area, ask for Juan. He made the whole process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend!
