I can’t even tell you how helpful Erica was. I booked the wrong location and she called because she noticed that it may not be correct rather than just letting it go through and be wrong and then maybe be stuck. Candi who works in the front office is absolutely wonderful. Amazing customer service. She is super professional and extremely helpful. I also heard her helping someone on the phone this morning and was going out of her way to help them and resolve whatever issue they were having. Incredible customer service.
