The folks at Aztec Storage and the facilities themselves have been indispensable for my storage needs in Houston! Every employee I have interacted with, either by phone or email, has been friendly and super helpful. The storage facility hours are very reasonable, locating and accessing the unit was extremely simple, thanks to the staff's clear and concise communication. Payments were easy and reasonable (I had mine on autopay, which was great!). Location, for me, was perfect. **PRO-TIP: If you need to donate some things to clear out, the Goodwill donation center around the corner from the 34th St. Aztec location is super convenient and the all the workers there are delightful!** If and when you are no longer in need of the storage unit, the checkout process is very streamlined - a simple email from the 'Contact Us' section of Aztec's website set everything in motion for my very transparent and hassle-free check-out. If I lived in Houston and still had need of a storage unit there, I absolutely would have stuck with Aztec. I cannot thank y'all enough for your service!

Lisa are always super. We have a fully enclosed space and it has easy access to get our rv in and out. They have 24/7 gates access and cameras. They are fully concrete, with wide lanes and plenty of space to get into the units. The rates are very reasonable and a great value for Houston. They are near Bear Creek and Barker Cypress which is Very convenient, and keeps me out of Houston Traffic. You can pay your bill online, or via text. And they will contact you directly if they have any issues. We love West Houston Boat and Rv.
