While checking on my storage unit, I had to stop by the office and had the opportunity to meet four gentlemen; Ben, Matt, Joe, and Dan. They were apparently conducting training, but what truly stood out to me as a customer was the level of care and professionalism they showed. Unfortunately, not all storage companies operate this way. Some hire employees and rarely provide proper support or oversight at their facilities. I’ve had a very unfortunate experience with neighboring storage companies in the past due to lack of training and support from corporate, which makes this experience even more appreciated. Public Storage continues to stand out when it comes to customer satisfaction. From leadership to associates, the commitment to professionalism, customer care, and attention to detail is evident.
