We rented a storage unit because road repairs will be starting in our neighborhood, and we needed a place to store our trailer. There was a mistake made by the call center regarding the unit we needed, but once we spoke with the office at this location, they immediately took care of us. The unit ended up being perfect for our needs—clean, easy to access, and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, we later lost our keys and needed the old lock removed and a new one put on. Once again, the staff was extremely helpful, supportive, and did everything they could to make the situation less stressful. If you need a reliable storage unit, this is definitely the place to go. They are wonderful to work with and truly go the extra mile to provide what you need.
