I had a great experience at this Public Storage location. Patricia, the manager, was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the experience quick and stress-free. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and Patricia definitely does. Thank you for making everything so easy. I highly recommend this location! ... I made a huge mistake by choosing to store my belongings here. My unit was broken into within the first few months and they was in no rush to repair the damage to the unit. Trying to get someone on the phone to report anything is a challenge all of its own. I’m out of town and can’t be there popping up every day to making sure my stuff is safe. I tried to contact someone to request if I could move my belongings to another units but never received a call back. ... Read more

The WORST STORAGE EVER !!! I've been trying to get all my belongings in my unit since last November but every time I go either there is no push cart or the elevator is broken!!! And they dare to up-charge more when nothing in this place works right. Today is the 3rd time this week that I went there trying to get my stuff and of course, no push cart and none of the elevators are working!!!!! I tried calling them (the manager) NO ANSWER, again!!! so I went to the office but it was closed no one was there!!! Even though there should be because it’s in the middle of the day on Friday!!! Even the other people who went there today are all pissed!! Such a waste of time and money!!!!?????? I just had a baby, so every time I come to this place I need to pay for a babysitter!!! Y'all are costing me so much!! Money, time and energy!!! If I can give you 0 star I would!?? ... Read more

I’ve been broken into twice. The second time other units including mine were hit. They never fixed my unit from the first break in even though I reported it to them. Another time the “climate control” air conditioning broke in the middle of summer and they never notified anyone and I only learned about it after getting to my unit. It ruined vinyl I had stored there. Also there is hardly EVER a property manager on site and no one ever answers the phone. I told them I was moving out and the day..the day of they had the sliding doors locked even though it was the “supposed” hours and I had to reschedule the movers losing more money This place is trash. If you value your time and money and belongings go elsewhere ... Read more

    Frequently Asked Questions

The right storage unit size depends on what you plan to store and how much space you need to move around your items.

5x5 or 5x10 units are great for smaller loads, such as chairs, lamps, small furniture pieces, boxes, books, and documents.

10x10 or 10x15 units work well for larger furniture, bicycles, appliances, and the contents of a small apartment.

10x20 or 10x30 units can typically fit the contents of a three-bedroom home, including large furniture and multiple appliances.

If you’re unsure which size is best, a unit size calculator can help estimate the right fit based on the items you’re planning to store – helping you avoid paying for more space than you need.

Climate-controlled storage units maintain consistent temperature and humidity levels, helping protect items from damage caused by heat, cold, or excess moisture.

You may want climate control if you’re storing items that can be sensitive to temperature changes, such as furniture, clothing, appliances, paperwork, photographs, artwork, electronics, or wood and leather goods. These units are especially useful for long-term storage or in areas with hot summers, cold winters, or high humidity.

If you’re storing durable items like tools or outdoor gear, a standard unit may be sufficient. When in doubt, climate control offers added protection and peace of mind.
