Storage units in Alabama

This storage facility is easy to access and very up to date. Very easy gate access and I love the locking system that works using the app. I highly recommend checking them out if you need a storage unit.

I was in a real jam and not finding a whole lot of help anywhere. These folks stepped up and made my life so much easier I can't say thank you to them enough! Unfortunately I forget the first young woman's name, but Libby the manager there at extra space was absolutely fantastic. So appreciate all of their help and getting me through this. Thanks again to everyone.

Tyler was great helping me get set up and getting my table stored!

I never write reviews but I appreciate Sonya sooooo much. I had already been to 2 different storage unit before coming here and this is by far the best. Sonya made the process so easy and made me feel very comfortable with my selection. She was so friendly and just made getting a unit seem like the easiest thing in the world!! Thank you so much Sonya!!!!!

Jackie A and Jackie B did a great job!!! Very friendly young ladies. Thank you for your kind service. You ROCK!!! It was greatly appreciated.

Getting a unit was super easy! Put it on auto pay and I dont have to worry about it. I just wish I would have know my unit was in a different location than the email stated. I called and the employee helped me out and it all good.

The greatest experience ever so friendly and helpful Miss Jeannie was very helpful very knowledgeable very friendly and very kind went out of her way to help us and I would definitely recommend this place just because of her and give her a big fat raise and the storage areas are very nice and convenient

Where can I buy warehouses at auctions, or is there a way to buy them directly?

I have been using Handy Lock for years & they have always been on point! Jennifer is fantastic! Her customer service is stellar & she has gone above & beyond helping us with anything we needed. Thank you!

Well…here goes…. We were Public Storage (PS) customers when we lived in FL and have rented hundreds of units from them over the past 20 years depending on our business needs. This makes us pretty knowledgeable of the rental process and also what to expect from a PS employee and what PS expects out of their employees. We needed a rental unit and landed on one in Madison, AL on Westchester Dr. We pulled onto the facility property and noticed right away that this was a recent acquisition due to it not being their signature orange. But no matter to us. This is where we met Anthony Kidd who was the employee on duty this particular morning. Let me tell you folks, and Public Storage if you’re listening, this gentleman was FANTASTIC! Hard to believe that he was a recent hire and had only been on the job a few weeks. He was so knowledgeable, thorough, polite and extremely kind. The rental process was fast and efficient. The facility is well maintained and the rental prices were quite reasonable. It takes a lot to impress me and Anthony certainly did! Kudos to whoever hired this fella! If you’re ever in need of a rental unit in Madison please consider this facility…you won’t be disappointed, I promise!
