Storage units in Alabama

The two representatives of the company were Curtis and Mandy. I cannot express how courteous and professional both of them were. I felt very comfortable in their presence, and completely satisfied with their performances. I believe they are this way with everybody, but I am most happy with their efforts with me and my wife.I do plan on taking other people there for all of the aforementioned reasons. The place was exceptionally clean and secure. I plan on being a client for a long, long time!

Very clean!!! Customer service is off the chart.

Honestly, Shirley made me feel welcomed home I used to have a storage unit at A Storage Place for quite a few years after I lost my house. I know this will sound silly, but sometimes I would go up there and just sit and look through all my treasures and memories. I was living with my dad and after he passed away, I had to move. So here I am , again! Hearing from others about how nice, friendly and kind Shirley is. So I walked through the door and said, “Hi, are you Shirley?” And just like others promised, she gave me a friendly smile and with her sweet voice said, “ I sure am!” “ How can I help you today?” I told Shirley I managed to set up my account online, it was fast and easy. But I was having trouble finding my unit. The number given to me online had a lock on it. Shirley made a quick phone call to the boss and within minutes she was walking with me to show me where my unit was! It was clean and ready for me. Fast and friendly service ABSOLUTELY! Thank you Shirley for making me feel welcomed home?? Patty D.

AMY, has been the sweetest women attentive, virtuous and kind, I’ve spoken to one of the men with the owners and he is also very professional and kind, ty self storage you’ve been great!!

I reserved my unit online and arrived at location but a sign was up saying at lunch. Not long after a woman came to the door saying she would get me started and came back from lunch early to help me. Ms T is very nice friendly helpful went over everything with me really went the extra mile to give the best service she could for me. The location is secure fully fenced gated entrance is with code and lots of security cameras. The grounds are free of debris and trash. And my unit was clean just a couple webs in corner. Plenty of space to maneuver around and locks are available for purchase if needed. Not to mention the prices are a good value

We've been with Denton Mini Storage since 2011. They possess the most essential ingredients in a business: staff and facilities (to include security measures). The staff have become like family, and the units are always maintained to the highest standards. Any concerns we've had have always been addressed. We can't imagine storage anywhere else. A big shoutout to Cindy, Connie, and all the other former staff for making our time at Denton Mini Storage great. I highly recommend Denton Mini Storage if you need storage space.
