If you're looking for a place to stash your stuff, Goleta Public Storage is a great choice! I just finished moving in, and I found the facility to be clean, secure, and well maintained. The staff is very helpful, and they even have a bathroom!

Roxanne was super helpful when I needed a last minute unit and was short on time! Place is always clean and well maintained!

June 30, 2026 - I am not someone who usually writes reviews so if I do write one, I really mean what I am writing (whether I have a really good or really bad experience with something, I usually just move on with life; I don't usually feel the need to write reviews because I don't usually care enough to take the time) BUT I would like to give a special shoutout to one of the employees at this location... Nathalie. She is usually sitting at the front desk; I believe that she is the manager. These days, good customer service is unfortunately hard to find (I feel like it's more common now to experience rude and dismissive workers than friendly and helpful - I mean in general customer service jobs, not at this company i.e. people working in customer service who literally could not care less about providing any decent level of customer service)... that is not the case at this location of Public Storage. Thankfully, at this location, all of the employees that I encountered (Nathalie, Ercan, and Hyram) were wonderful. Nathalie welcomed me with a smiley face, a kind and friendly tone, and an attitude of genuinely wanting to help make your day go better/make your move go smoother. From start to finish, she was very polite and very personable... and I really appreciate that because, again, so many times in life I have encountered such rude and dismissive customer service people! Nathalie is definitely a positive representation for this company. I am writing this review after vacating the premises i.e. I stored my belongings with them and now I have moved out; I am glad to say that I did not personally experience any negativity at this location during my rental period. Thank you all, especially Nathalie. I wish you all the best.
