I love this place, it's always my GO-TO storage facility. They keep it clean, I like the rules it's temperature controlled and I like their pest control. Around the building exterior. I've never had no bugs or rodents in my things from that building like other storage places sometimes get. 10 out of 10.

Superb customer service! The manager is a gentleman of the first order who treats everyone with courtesy and respect. My unit is a drive up so no elevator and it has a 12 foot ceiling! They encouraged me put shelves in so I can get whatever I need without having to move something else! More than anything else, I feel safe. There are cameras, motion detectors, and license plate readers so someone is always keeping an eye the place. Stor-Mor gives me Peace of Mind because I know that my stuff is secure, management is trustworthy, and owner wants nothing more from me than the rent. I found out that for security they check every lock in the facility twice each day. When my door was not properly locked the Manager called to warn me and insist that I return to fix the problem. Because I own a business I get a 5% discount and 24 hour access, while most have 6:00am to 7:00pm access. It takes me only two minutes to get on the 91 freeway from my unit and that gets me everywhere else without being stopped at red lights on surface streets.

This was my first time renting a storage unit, and the experience was really positive. Katt at the front desk was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. She made the whole process easy to understand. I also appreciate that they have wooden carts available to help move items from your car to your storage unit, which made everything much easier. The property has security cameras throughout, and each customer gets their own personal access code to enter the facility, which made me feel even more confident about storing my belongings there. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them.

Ms. Wendy was a great pleasure to deal with. She explained everything we needed to know and got everything easily setup and ready for us. She’s a very detailed oriented service rep and was as perfect as they come. I’m also very impressed how protective she is of the property and her customers. Absolutely amazing!

I am a long time customer (around 10 years). The automatic price increases have spiraled recently and when contacting district management, they were helpful and agreed to roll back the prices to those advertised for new customers. I greatly appreciate that gesture and will enjoy heir clean and safe storage facility.
