I've had nothing but good experiences doing business here. I like the safe location here in my favorite community, Irvine; just a block from Jamboree and less than a block from my Post Office. The 2 person crew that I've met are both pleasant people. Tyler is a well mannered young man, and Shayla is as pleasant as the day is long. They both are kind, patient, know their business and are willing and ready to help in any way. The one restroom in the building is typically quite clean and stocked. This is the only facility that I have done my storage business in that, knock on wood, the elevators have all always worked. It's almost never crowded here, and I can't remember if or when I've ever had a problem having use of one of the many carts on site. The price is well worth it to me and my budget.
