Kazem is by far the most helpful and kind employee this place has. I’ve had two storages here for about 10yrs and had always intended on combining the two into one but dreaded the hassle of moving everything and felt overwhelmed at the thought. Kazem was beyond helpful when we finally made the move and he went above and beyond to help us with any roadblocks we had making the whole experience more streamlined. Years ago he used to bake cookies for customers to enjoy, which I loved. And when I told him how much I missed it he went and got a pack of biscoff cookies from his personal stash to give me. Such a sweet gesture. Thank you Kazem for always being so kind and funny.

I had an excellent experience. I made my reservation online for a van and realized it was too small for the move. The attendant was helpful with his suggestions and luckily a 10' truck was available. It was the beginning of a long moving day for me, and this interaction definitely set a positive tone. Drop off was also easy. I highly recommend this location.
