He was extremely helpful in giving me all the options. For example I did not even know there was a second floor! He was kind enough to show me all the units I needed to see and patient until I finally made a choice days later. If you need storage space do not make a decision until you talk to Phil. Outstanding storage facility! The rental process was quick, easy, and extremely thorough thanks to Brandon. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding customer service truly exceed industry standards. The only downside is that he appears to be significantly understaffed. Management should take immediate notice, as it is unfair to both customers and employees when one person is expected to handle so many responsibilities.
