We rented a climate controlled unit from Patterson Self Storage for the past two years. It was a flawless experience. Our building was neat, clean and air-conditioned. Our unit was secure and easy to access. I always felt safe going into the building. Our rent was raised one time in 24 months.I cannot imagine a better storage facility!!

I had such a great experience working with Extra Space Storage, and I genuinely have to give a huge shoutout to Sara D. I went in not really knowing what I needed—I wasn’t sure about unit sizes, pricing, or how the whole process even worked. I was also trying to stay within a pretty specific budget, which made me a little stressed going in. Sara immediately made me feel at ease. She took the time to walk me through different unit options, explained everything clearly (without making me feel overwhelmed), and was really patient while I figured out what would actually work for me. What I appreciated the most is that she never tried to push me into something bigger or more expensive. She was genuinely focused on helping me find the right unit, not just making a sale. She even helped me compare a couple options and broke down the pricing in a way that made it super easy to understand, which helped me feel confident that I was staying within my budget. That kind of transparency is honestly rare. On top of that, the facility itself felt really clean, secure, and well-maintained, which matched what a lot of other people say about this location being easy, efficient, and customer-focused. Overall, Sara made what I thought was going to be a stressful process feel simple and straightforward. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they leave feeling taken care of. I’d absolutely recommend asking for her if you’re coming here, you’ll be in really good hands.
