I needed short-term storage these last 3 months and Public Storage worked out well for me. It was convenient, relatively reasonably priced, secure (with Bluetooth access via app), and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue, and likely a common one in the industry, were the lack of carts. Only once did I NOT find a cart available; however, most of the time, I had the only one available, and the handle was partially broken on every cart I used. I expect the carts at storage places are routinely abused and stolen. Quick, easy, and painless. Rented a 12ft trailer to haul some things to donation, dump, and recycling. Trailer was ready to go and clean. Paperwork was quick. Staff was super helpful and polite. I was hooked up and driving away with the trailer in a matter of minutes.
